The class opens with a short meditation, followed by warming up and active (yang) poses to strengthen the body. Practicing balance, endurance, coordination and so on. Brings you into the present moment also!
The practice winds down into yin yoga: an inner journey, finding peace in stillness. You will enjoy the relaxing and rejuvenating power of the yin stretches. This meditative part makes the class perfect for unwinding after a stressful workday!
This class is suitable for all levels and is low in intensity.
