Qigong (sometimes also spelled as chi kung) literally means ‘cultivating the life energy (qi).’
Qigong is an ancient Chinese system of flowing movements, that are performed slowly and attentively – sometimes to the rhythm of the breath.
This tradition is rooted in Chinese martial arts and traditional medicine; a powerful method to balance the inner energies. Therefore we could regard qigong as a form of meditation and medication: it brings inner peace as much as physical well-being and strength.
At the same time it is very accessible: anyone can practice it.
It is a delicious feeling to merge with the slow and soft movements; like a dance with the universe.
Practicing qigong is so simple and so powerful.
You cannot do it wrong.
You can only do it good, better, or best.

Throughout many years we have ourselves learned and practiced qigong in various places. This is why our style is simple, easy and not bound to any strict school.
